سياسة الخصوصية
هذه السياسة توضح البيانات التي يجمعها تطبيق «مساعد المعلم»، وكيف تُستخدم، ومَن يمكنه الوصول إليها. اقرأها قبل استخدام التطبيق أو إنشاء حساب.
البيانات التي نجمعها
«مساعد المعلم» تطبيق يستخدمه المعلم لإدارة فصوله وتقييم طلابه. البيانات التالية تُجمع فقط لتشغيل ميزات التطبيق:
البريد الإلكتروني والاسم عند التسجيل، أو المعرّف الأساسي (البريد/الاسم/صورة الحساب) عند تسجيل الدخول عبر Google أو Apple.
اسم المادة والفصل والصف الدراسي والفصل الدراسي.
اسم الطالب ورقم جلوسه، وسجلات التقييم التي يُدخلها المعلم عنه: الحضور، الواجبات، الاختبارات والدرجات، المشاريع، البحوث، المهارات، ملاحظات السلوك، والمشاركة الصفية.
هل الحساب مفعّل بالخطة المميزة أم لا. لا نصل إلى بيانات بطاقتك البنكية — المدفوعات تُعالَج بالكامل عبر App Store أو Google Play مباشرة.
- الصور المرفقة بالتقارير والشهادات (مثل شواهد الأنشطة) — تبقى محفوظة على جهازك فقط ولا تُرفع لأي خادم.
- لا إعلانات، ولا معرّفات تتبّع إعلاني، ولا بيع بيانات لأي طرف لأغراض تسويقية.
- لا نجمع بيانات موقعك الجغرافي.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
تُستخدم البيانات المذكورة أعلاه حصرًا من أجل:
- عرض فصولك وطلابك وسجلات التقييم لك عند تسجيل الدخول، على أي جهاز تستخدمه.
- إنشاء التقارير والشهادات وكشوف الدرجات التي تطلب تصديرها.
- تفعيل ميزات الاشتراك المميز إن كنت مشتركًا.
- الرد على استفساراتك عند تواصلك معنا.
لا تُستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض تسويقي أو تحليلي خارج نطاق تشغيل التطبيق نفسه.
بيانات الطلاب
نظرًا لأن التطبيق قد يتضمن بيانات عن طلاب قاصرين تُدخلها المدرسة/المعلم كجزء من العملية التعليمية، فإن هذه البيانات تُعامل بنفس مستوى الحماية الموصوف في هذه السياسة، ولا تُستخدم لأي غرض غير تشغيل التطبيق للمعلم. إن كنت وليّ أمر أو جهة تعليمية وتريد الاستفسار عن بيانات طالب محدد، تواصل معنا عبر البريد أدناه.
الأمان والاحتفاظ بالبيانات
بيانات كل معلم معزولة بقواعد أمان صارمة على مستوى قاعدة البيانات بحيث لا يستطيع أي مستخدم آخر الوصول إليها، وتُنقل بيانك مشفّرة بين التطبيق والخادم.
تُحفظ بياناتك طالما حسابك نشط. عند حذف حسابك، تُحذف بيانات فصولك وطلابك المرتبطة به خلال فترة معقولة، ما لم يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ بسجل محدود لفترة أطول.
حقوقك
- الوصول إلى بياناتك المخزّنة أو طلب نسخة منها.
- تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة مباشرة من داخل التطبيق.
- طلب حذف حسابك وكل بياناته نهائيًا.

تعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس تغييرات في التطبيق أو المتطلبات القانونية. سيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى هذه الصفحة دائمًا، وسنُعلمك داخل التطبيق عند حدوث تغيير جوهري.
ملاحظة
هذه السياسة صيغت بما يعكس فعليًا آلية عمل التطبيق وبياناته وقت النشر، ويقدّمها مطوّر فردي مستقل غير مرتبط بشركة مسجّلة. إن كانت مؤسستك التعليمية تتطلب مراجعة قانونية رسمية أو صياغة تعاقدية إضافية، يسعدنا التواصل لتلبية ذلك.

Privacy Policy
This policy explains what data the Mosaed Al-Moalem app collects, how it's used, and who can access it. Please read it before creating an account.
Data we collect
Mosaed Al-Moalem is used by a teacher to manage classes and assess students. We only collect what's needed to run the app's features:
Email and name on sign-up, or your basic profile (email/name/photo) when signing in with Google or Apple.
Subject, classroom name, grade level, and semester.
Student name and seat number, plus the assessment records you enter for them: attendance, homework, exams and grades, projects, research, skills, behavior notes, and class participation.
Whether your account is on the premium plan. We never see your payment card details — payments are handled entirely by the App Store or Google Play.
- Photos attached to reports/certificates stay on your device only and are never uploaded to any server.
- No ads, no advertising identifiers, no selling data to anyone for marketing.
- No location data.
How we use data
The data above is used solely to:
- Show your classes, students, and records when you sign in, on any device.
- Generate the reports, certificates, and gradesheets you export.
- Unlock premium features if you're subscribed.
- Respond when you contact us.
Your data is never used for marketing or analytics beyond running the app itself.
Student data
Because the app may include data about minors entered by the teacher/school as part of normal teaching, that data receives the same protection described throughout this policy and is never used beyond running the app for that teacher. Parents or schools asking about a specific student's data can reach us at the email below.
Security & retention
Each teacher's data is isolated by database-level security rules so no other user can access it, and it's encrypted in transit between the app and our servers.
Data is retained while your account is active. Deleting your account removes your classroom and student data within a reasonable period, unless the law requires us to retain a limited record longer.
Your rights
- Access your stored data or request a copy.
- Correct inaccurate data directly in the app.
- Request permanent deletion of your account and its data.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the app or legal requirements change. The "last updated" date at the top always reflects the current version, and we'll notify you in-app for material changes.
Note
This policy reflects how the app actually works and what it collects at the time of publishing, and is provided by an independent individual developer, not a registered company. Schools requiring formal legal review or an additional data-processing agreement are welcome to contact us.
